Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All our items are in stock and ready for immediate shipping

We do our best to process orders as soon as possible. However, we are backed up at the moment and it takes about 2~4 business days for us to process and ship. Please be advised and place order in timely manner.

Shipping costs are determined by the dimension and weight of the package, and shipping destination. Shipping costs will be updated when the order is ready to ship. You can choose your shipping method from options we have available.

  • UPS Worldwide
  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx International
  • Trucking company (EDI, UCL, AXEX, DHL)
  • Delivery to local Cargo & re-label companies
  • Pick up

* Expedited shipping options are currently not available.

International orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.

We are open Monday-Friday. We are closed on following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

RETURN

All returns & exchange must be notified within 5 business days upon receiving the order. Items must be in unopened original packaging. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags.  To return merchandise back to us, please fill out attached form & original invoice and send it back with items at your own cost. We will inspect items once we receive them, and issue a store credit on your account. Please note that we will not be able to issue credit if the pack is open.

Return Authorization Form

We can only issue store credit for any returns, refund is not available.

All clearance items are final sale, and we are not able to accept returns for them.

We recommend insured carrier to send any returns, because we won’t be responsible for lost returns. You will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.

DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS

For all damaged or missing pieces, we can only issue a store credit on your account. Please note that we are not able to send a replacement because we are not able to break open a pack under any circumstance. Claims for any damage must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Claims for missing item must be made within 1 business day upon receipt of merchandise.  

CANCELLATION

If cancellations are necessary, please notify us within 1 business day after the order has been placed. If not, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Also, if the order has been cancelled upon customer's request after the order has been processed there will be a 20% restocking fee as well.
