How to order

Ordering

We are a wholesale Ecommerce company, therefore all orders must be placed via online.

We preauthorize the payment with an estimated shipping cost as we process the order. Total amount will be adjusted after the order is complete, with what we are sending and exact shipping cost. Pre-authorized transactions will most likely be displayed as pending on your account, but only the actual adjusted amount will be processed and completed within 3 to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.

If there is an issue with payment, we will hold off on processing the order for 7 days then we will cancel it if we are not able to obtain payment within a time frame because we will not be able to hold inventory.

For international orders, we ship worldwide except restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government. Invoices will not include duties or other taxes.

Please write "Call if the order is NOT complete" on the buyer's note when placing an order, if you would like to be notified when the order is incomplete.

You must CREATE AN ACCOUNT to place an order with us. Once you have created an account, you will be able to view details and pricing for all our items. After you add items in your cart, you can submit your order by clicking check out. If this is your first order, you must submit your business license, seller's permit, and the forms below.
